Our Fee Schedule

You will find our Fee structure is very competitive with other agencies in the industry. In fact, it is lower than most agencies dealing strictly in the Financial Services market. Does this mean we are offering an inferior product? Absolutely not. We pride ourselves in being able to offer comparable services for less. Fees range from 15%-20% of the candidate’s first year salary, depending on the nature of the job search.
Service and Value – a winning combination.

Ask about our Select Candidate Service. Our fee is 25%. However, these candidates have been or are being educated through our agency. Courses are IFIC or Life Level One or Two.

Our Guarantee

We offer a full 100% guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with the candidate you hire from Steve Cardwell. If, for whatever reason, the candidate you hire from us leaves on their own accord, or is released by you within the first 3 months of their employment, we will devote all necessary resources to refill the position as quickly as possible. We are flexible on the Guarantee time frame, depending on the volume of hires and the individuals’ situations. However, we will not refund any or part of the fee.
